Tom is counsel to the Firm.
As a Partner in the Firm from 2000 to 2005, and an associate attorney from 1991 to 1999, Tom brought his marine engineering experience to all areas of the Firm’s practice. These cases include marine casualties, ship fires, groundings, collision/allision, wrongful death and personal injury defense cases, as well as charter party, general average, salvage, insurance matters, and defense of marinas, terminals, yacht clubs and ship repairers. Tom particularly enjoys matters where his marine engineering background comes in to play.
