Jack is engaged full-time in the private practice of law. His goal is positive resolution of civil and business matters.
Since 1975, he has:
- Handled thousands of cases amounting to hundreds of millions of dollars;
- Tried dozens of cases;
- Settled hundreds of cases on courthouse steps;
- Represented claimants and defendants;
- Travelled USA, Europe, Asia, and Middle East for case work.
Subjects: all admiralty and marine; all inland marine; all transportation; all liquid cargoes; all insurance/reinsurance; all sale of goods, UCC/INCO/CIGS; shipyards; business contracts; partnerships; real estate litigation; and international.
Activities: trials; litigation; arbitration; mediation; settlements; drafting of clear contracts, and counseling.
Jack has served as an arbitrator.
He is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell since 1982. He holds current Super Lawyers designation for transportation since 2009.
Since 2005, Jack is a member of the INBLF worldwide network. He serves as a Board Member, Co-Chair of the New York Chapter, and New York contact for maritime, transportation, insurance, and business disputes.
