Jack is engaged full-time in the private practice of law. His goal is positive resolution of civil and business matters.

Since 1975, he has:

• Handled thousands of cases amounting to hundreds of millions of dollars;
• Tried dozens of cases;
• Settled hundreds of cases on steps of courthouses;
• Represented claimants and defendants;
• Travelled USA, Europe, Asia, and Middle East for case work.

Subjects: all admiralty and marine; all inland marine; all transportation; all liquid cargoes; all insurance/reinsurance; all sale of goods, UCC/INCO; shipyards; business contracts; partnerships; real estate litigation; and international.

Activities: trials; litigation; arbitration; mediation; settlements; contract drafting and counseling.

Jack serves as an arbitrator.

He is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell. He holds current Super Lawyers designation for transportation.

Jack is a member of the INBLF worldwide network. He is the business disputes member of the N.Y. chapter.
